Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Orders are processed same day if orders are placed by 12pm CST. Orders after 12pm CST are processed next day. If you have a special request, we may accommodate. We use USPS and Fedex Overnight.
SHIPPING TIMES for USPS:
- First class mail: 2- 7 business days
- Priority mail: 2-3 business days
- Express mail : 1-2 business days
International:
- First class mail: 6 to 14 business days
- International priority: 6 to 10 business days
- International express : 3 to 5 business days
FEDEX Overnight: 1 to 2 business days
Please note: Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control on how long post office (domestic and international) takes to deliver your order.
Delivery times can be up to 45 days depending on post office and your country's customs. Buyer is responsible for any custom and duty taxes. We are not responsible for any transit delays that may occur.
If you haven’t received your package and it has been marked delivered, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. They have geolocation so they are able to tell you where the package is exactly at. We cannot responsible for packages that are marked delivered per tracking. Also, please talk to your postman, neighbors, family members that live in the same household and look around your apartment/house.
Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your protection. Just in the event, your package gets lost, damaged or stolen, you can file a claim and receive a replacement or be reimbursed. If you do not purchase insurance, then there is nothing we can do.
Returns:
Cut chains are not accepted for returns.
We charge a 15% restocking fee for returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days with a picture of the items you received. Please do not throw any packaging.
Refunds:
If you decide the item(s) you purchased, doesn't work for your jewelry project, please send us an email first to get our approval and our return address. Once the return item(s) have been received, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee to your payment method that you used for that order.
